We do not recover funds and do not promise recovery. The report establishes the fact that funds reached an exchange's custody. Whether the exchange freezes the account, and whether anything is returned afterwards, depends on the exchange and on legal proceedings.

We use the wallet addresses, incident summary, e-mail address and payment information you provide (payment data is processed by our payment provider; we never store card numbers) solely to generate and deliver the report, respond to enquiries and meet legal obligations. We do not share it with third parties except where required by law. Analysis uses public blockchain data providers such as Etherscan; only wallet addresses are sent to them, never your personal information. Contact us to access, correct or delete your data.
